Salary: between 900€ and 1000€ per month

Job location: Cape Town, South Africa

Start date: Ideally 1st day of every month. However there may be change in the start date depending on the VISA processing of the candidates

Job description :

Our client is a leading outsourced e-commerce management service organization situated in Cape Town.

Reporting to the Regional Manager for Scandinavia, the successful candidate will, as a member of the Customer Services team, be required to effectively provide a professional world class service to the needs of the organizations’ players and customers (by telephone, email and online chats). This position entails rotational shift work based on the 24/7 operational requirements of the organization and its clients. Daily, you will have to :

• Respond to customer queries by telephone, email and online chats
• Process and take ownership of all incoming and outgoing contacts in a multimedia environment
• Build Customer relationship and management as well as cross sell products and services
• Solve problem tasks during shift
• Make outgoing calls and execute outbound campaigns to identify customers, e.g. welcome calls, failed purchasers, etc.
• Manage time and adhere to schedule
• Perform extra tasks given by managers / shift supervisors as required
• Host VIP players
• Translate onto/for websites or emails
• Assist in the planning and execution of the French Canadian player promotions

Requirements
• French Canadian mother tongue + Fluent English (read and write and speak)
• 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service/ Call Centre + any degree/diploma
• A well established track record of high quality of service delivery as a Customer Services Representative
• Tertiary qualification
• Detail orientated and customer-oriented approach
• Results focused with demonstrating consistent success through data driven reporting
• Willingness and capacity to work on a flexible shift basis including night shifts
• Demonstrated literacy in MS Office: Outlook, Word and Excel
• Proven knowledge in the application of Customer Services Centre technical systems
• Enthusiasm to learn new marketing skills to incorporate into the customer hosting function
• Adaptable and resourceful in an ever changing environment
• Systematic, precise, logical, accurate and thorough
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Sound organizational and time-management skills
• Accountability


Work permits will need to be obtained. The client provides you with all the relevant documents, and will cover all the costs involved, however the permit must be applied for at the South African embassy within your home country. It is a Corporate Work Permit which allows you to take up residency and work for our company for up to 5 years. It can be extended. Should you choose to work for us for less than 12 months, then you will be liable to pay back the costs of the work permit – pro-rata to your length of service.

Relocation –3 months shared accommodation free in a furnished apartment within walking distance to our offices which allow you time to find your own apartment to rent, and secure whatever transport may be necessary. The firm will assist you with this.
The client does not cover the costs of your flights to Cape Town – this is for your own account.

Salary Package : Salary package between 900€ and 1000€ per month, which includes an amount for the following (This is a competitive market related salary compared to the cost of living in Cape Town South Africa)
• Compulsory Medical Aid (the company’s preferred provider) unless you are already regarded as a dependant of another medical aid fund.
• Compulsory Life Cover with Discovery Life
• A 10% Shift Allowance as compensation for shift work, including working on Sundays, will be added to the above amount.
• Foreign Language employees receive a quarterly retention bonus of 380€ after completing their probation periods of 4 months
• Also the client conducts salary reviews annually in March for employees with service in excess of six months. (Increases are performance based)
