Position Purpose Individual will be responsible for Securely destroying customer's materials by inserting into a shredder, baler or other form of destructive equipment.
Recall is a secure and environmentally controlled facility.
Major/Key Accountabilities • Separate materials ranging from paper, plastic and other recyclable or non-recyclable items.
• Operate equipment such as a tipper, conveyor, shredder, baler, tipper, hopper and hand truck to assist in shredding and bailing material.
• Must clean work area after shift is completed using an air compressor, broom, rake or other form of hand tool.
• May weigh security bins as required by local destruction center.
• Clean and label security bins to be processed back to the customers.
• Place trash out into the compactor.
• May assist in removing material in machinery/equipment that is jammed.
• Must be able to readily evacuate the building in case of an emergency.
• Perform other functions as requested by management.

Qualifications Must successfully complete drug and alcohol test, background check, and written test.
A high school education or equivalent is required.
Two forms of ID.
Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
Ability to calculate figures and apply concepts of basic accounting (counting).
Must be computer literate.
Experience What experience will be valued? :
• Experience working in a warehouse
Skills and Knowledge Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
