AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Collaborating with third party compliance teams on projects in the pipeline and coordinating with client and employees to get requirements in place for new and existing projects
• Maintaining and editing legal and business documents and agreements with third parties
• Preparing, communicating as well as documenting all internal compliance policies and procedures
• Performing database entry and inputting data into information systems while verifying data accuracy

DESIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Ability to develop effective compliance systems and workflows
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and multi-task
• Detail oriented, highly organized and a problem-solving personality
• Minimum one year of experience in a compliance function
• Education or experience in a related field required
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office required
